3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated reply before posting it publicly.
• You must not use the Service to generate defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
• You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits through technical means.
• You must not use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or platform terms (e.g., Google, Yelp).

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The replies generated by ReviewResponder are produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. We make no warranty that AI-generated replies are legally compliant, factually accurate, or appropriate for your business. You use generated content entirely at your own risk.

5. Accounts and Subscriptions

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was in error.

6. Intellectual Property

The AI-generated reply text produced for your use is yours to use freely. The ReviewResponder platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by us and may not be copied or reproduced.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewResponder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reputational harm, business losses, or platform penalties resulting from posted AI-generated replies.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or a competent court of jurisdiction.
